What this app is

AnantLumina is a Vedic astrology chart and interpretation tool. It computes a birth chart from information you provide and generates written interpretations grounded in classical astrological texts, cited to their sources where possible. See our Privacy Policy for what data we collect and how it's used.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if that's higher, to create an AnantLumina account. We don't independently verify your age and rely on your own representation that you meet this requirement.

Chart profiles for family members, including minors, can only be created and managed by an adult account holder — minors don't create their own accounts or have a separate login. See Family profiles and children in our Privacy Policy for how the app adjusts its content when a profile belongs to a minor.

Not professional advice

Astrological interpretations are provided for entertainment, reflection, and personal insight — they are not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and should not be treated as a substitute for consulting a qualified professional. The app is designed to decline requests that seek medical, legal, or financial advice specifically, and is not equipped to handle mental-health crises — if you are in crisis, please contact a crisis line or emergency services in your area, not this app.

Accuracy

Chart calculations are computed using established astronomical/astrological methods, but no guarantee is made that any prediction or interpretation will be accurate or will come true. Astrology is presented here as a classical interpretive tradition, not a scientifically validated predictive system. Readings are grounded in classical texts and cited to their sources where possible, but they remain interpretations of that tradition, not verified facts about your future — please use your own judgment in how you read and act on what this app tells you, and treat it as a lens for reflection, not a certainty.

Your account and data

• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You may create profiles for family members; you are responsible for the accuracy of the birth information you enter and for having the right to enter it on their behalf.
• You can delete individual conversations or your entire account at any time — see the Privacy Policy for details.

License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use AnantLumina for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app; copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute any part of it; or use it to build a competing product or service.

Ownership

AnantLumina — including its software, design, and the classical-text synthesis it generates from your chart — is owned by ANANTLUMINA LLC and protected by intellectual property law. This doesn't extend to the birth information and other data you enter, which remains yours, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Automated processing and artificial intelligence

Chart calculations (planetary positions, houses, divisional charts, dasha timelines) are deterministic — computed directly from the birth data you provide using established astronomical methods, not generated by an AI model. Written interpretations and chat answers are generated using Google's Vertex AI (Gemini); under Google's standard Vertex AI terms, data submitted through that processing is not used to train Google's underlying models.

Feedback

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the app itself, you agree we may use them freely, without any obligation to you. This doesn't apply to your chart profiles, questions, or conversation content, which remain governed by our Privacy Policy.

Access

Free-tier self-serve signup (email/password or Google) is open, subject to a verified email address and a daily/weekly free-question limit. Unlimited access beyond the free tier requires either a paid subscription or being on the account owner's manually-approved allowlist. Access may be revoked at any time.

Subscriptions

Where a paid subscription is offered (currently mobile only), it's managed through the relevant app store's in-app purchase system and RevenueCat, including pricing and billing.

Cancellation: if you cancel, your subscription stops renewing at the end of the current billing period — it does not end immediately. You keep full access for the rest of the period you've already paid for, and the plan simply doesn't renew after that.

User conduct

You agree not to:

• use AnantLumina for anything illegal, or that violates another person's rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or to our systems;
• scrape, reverse-engineer, or bulk-extract content from the app;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone;
• upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the app's operation; or
• use the app to build a competing product or service.

Third-party services

AnantLumina relies on third-party services to operate: Google Firebase (authentication, data storage, hosting), Google Vertex AI (Gemini, for generating written interpretations), and RevenueCat (mobile subscription management). Each is governed by its own terms and privacy practices, and we aren't responsible for their availability or performance.

Termination and account deletion

You can delete your account at any time — see Retention and deletion in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, or if we discontinue the service, with notice where reasonably possible. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Ownership, Limitation of liability, and Indemnification — continue to apply.

Electronic communications

By creating an account, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including emails about your account and service changes, and — if you opt in — product updates. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ANANTLUMINA LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the app, or decisions you make based on interpretations the app provides.

Limitation of liability

This app is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app's operator is not liable for any decisions made, or outcomes experienced, based on interpretations provided by this app.

Force majeure

We aren't liable for any failure or delay in the app's operation caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet or cloud-provider outages, or other circumstances we couldn't reasonably plan for.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at the email below — we'll try to resolve it informally before either of us pursues a formal claim.

Modifications to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify you — for example, by email or an in-app notice — before they take effect. Continuing to use the app after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

General provisions

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and ANANTLUMINA LLC regarding the app, superseding any prior agreements on this subject. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
