Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: your email address, used only for sign-in.
• Chart profiles: for you and any family members you add — name, date of birth, birth time, and birth location. This is used to compute an astrological chart and is the core input the app needs to function.
• Conversation content: the questions you type and the answers generated for you, so you can see your chat history and we can review answer quality.
• Feedback: thumbs-up/thumbs-down ratings you give on individual answers.

How it's used, and who sees it

Chart calculations (planetary positions, houses, etc.) happen within our own systems. To generate the actual written answer to your question, your chart data and question text are sent to Google's Vertex AI (Gemini) — Google's own data-handling terms apply to that processing. Account and chart data is stored in Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Hosting). If you're a paying subscriber on the mobile app, subscription management is handled by RevenueCat (not used for the web version, which has no payment flow yet). We do not sell your data to anyone.

Family profiles and children

An account holder may create chart profiles for family members, including minors. That information is entered and controlled entirely by the adult account holder — it is not collected directly from a child, and minors do not have their own separate login. When a profile belongs to a minor, the app deliberately adjusts how it phrases certain classical astrological content (for example, framing future-life topics like marriage or career in future tense rather than present tense, and avoiding graphic or explicit classical text about a minor's future spouse) — this is an active behavior of the system, not just a policy statement.

Retention and deletion

• You can delete any individual question/answer exchange at any time from within the chat.
• You can permanently delete your entire account — every profile, all conversation history, and the account itself — from Settings → Delete my account in the app, or by emailing us at the address below. This is irreversible.
• A small amount of anonymized, non-identifying data (the question text, the answer, and which life area it concerned — with no name, email, or account identifier attached) may be retained after account deletion, used only to review and improve answer quality in aggregate.
